HR Executive

At Knock Knock Ltd. we are looking for an HR Executive to join the HR Department. The HR Executive shall report to the CEO and shall be driving the HR team to meet business goals. Together with the HR team, the selected candidate shall ensure the smooth and efficient running of the HR Department.

Main duties and responsibilities include;

  • Being a point of contact for employees and handle enquiries professionally.
  • Identify issues, evaluate options and recommend practical solutions.
  • Anticipate recurring issues and implement preventive actions.
  • Identify recruitment needs and assist in the whole recruitment cycle.
  • Maintain all internal databases updated, whilst ensuring confidentiality on employee information at all times.
  • Prepare periodic reports as required.
  • Keep record of expiry dates of probationary periods and contracts of employment and liaise with the respective managers to obtain feedback.
  • Issue HR policies and procedures and ensure that they are being followed.
  • Oversee and assist in payroll as required.
  • Coordinate staff engagement events.
  • Promote a positive working environment.
  • Perform any other HR related duties as required.

The selected candidate should;

  • Be in possession of a minimum of NVQ Level 5 qualification or equivalent level of education in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Have at least 2 year’s experience working in Human Resources.
  • Have a good command of written and spoken English.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Be meticulous and have an eye for detail.
