We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

• Senior Pool Technician
• Painter / Plasterer & Tile Layer
• Senior Plant and Room Technician
• Kitchen Equipment Technician

Role Overview

As part of our maintenance teams, you will play a key role in ensuring that our hotels and facilities are kept in excellent condition, supporting smooth daily operations and maintaining high standards of safety, functionality, and presentation. These roles offer the opportunity to work within a dynamic environment across one of Malta’s leading hospitality groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and preventive maintenance works across hotel facilities
• Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and safely
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health, safety, and quality standards
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
• Collaborate with other maintenance team members and departments
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational needs

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred (depending on position)
• Technical knowledge relevant to the role (e.g. pool systems, tiling, plastering, general maintenance)
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Team-oriented, reliable, and proactive attitude
