Head Bartender

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in line with company recipes and presentation standards.
• Lead and supervise the bar team, providing training, scheduling, and support to ensure smooth operation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor bar inventory, place orders, and manage stock levels to minimize waste and control costs.
• Collaborate with management to maintain profitability targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Create or contribute to the development of seasonal drink menus and specials.

• Proven experience as a Senior Bartender, Head Bartender or Bar Supervisor.
• Hospitality, food and beverage, or mixology certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and beverage service.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing inventory and controlling beverage costs.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team under pressure.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and personal presentation.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
