Gobnb Ltd. is a leading property management service based in Malta. We are looking to grow

our team by recruiting a dedicated, full-time Handyperson to maintain our portfolio of short and long-let properties around Malta.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be attending to the day-to-day needs of our properties, including:

• General plastering and painting
• Performing basic plumbing & electrical troubleshooting and repairs
• Inspecting properties and reporting on any maintenance needs
• Attending to general wear and tear as needed
• Duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone with:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• Already in Malta with a Maltese work permit
• A 'can-do' and problem-solving approach to work
• A commitment to quality work and strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• The ability to work independently on your own initiative
• Good standard in both written and spoken English
• A clean police conduct and a valid driver’s license
• A smart and pleasant personality
