

Guest Experience Executive
At Barcelo Fortina Malta we are looking for an experienced professional to join our Front Office team as a Guest Experience Executive.
In this position you are responsible to supervise function of reception during your shift and achieve highest guest satisfaction.

Provide a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to all guests

Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and in line with luxury standards

Manage reservations, room allocations, and special requests

Anticipate guest needs and proactively enhance their stay

Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge and other departments to ensure seamless service

Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally

Process payments and maintain accurate guest records

Maintain high standards of presentation and professionalism at the reception area

Stay informed about hotel events, promotions and local attractions

Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Relations, preferably in a 4 or 5 stars hotel

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in hotel management systems

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays
