

Front Office Agent
We are looking for a Front Office Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless, memorable stay.
The role focuses on front desk operations, guest satisfaction, handling enquiries and collaborating with all departments to deliver outstanding service.

Welcome guests upon arrival and assist throughout their stay.

Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.

Handle guest requests, enquiries, and special arrangements professionally.

Resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring follow-up.

Maintain strong communication with Housekeeping, F&B, Guest Relations and other departments.

Support VIP guests and special occasions as required.

Collect and record guest feedback and report service issues.

Maintain accurate guest profiles and records in the system.

Promote hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.

Previous experience in front office, guest relations, or customer service roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.

Strong problem-solving skills with a guest-focused approach.

Well-presented, friendly, and professional manner.

Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Proficient with hotel software and computer systems.
