This position will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative and operational functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business. Main tasks and responsibilities:

<li>Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.</li>
<li>Booking Shipments &amp; tracking orders.</li>
<li>Support the team with various clerical tasks as needed.</li>
<li>Follow up with clients and outstanding payments or invoices.</li>
<li>Carry out other duties as required by Management.</li>
