The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven, and visionary General Manager to lead Quintano Foods into its next phase of growth and success. Reporting directly to the Executive Chairman, the General Manager will be responsible for the overall strategic, operational, and financial performance of the business.
This is a pivotal leadership role for an individual who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, while fostering a high-performance culture across the organization.
- Develop and execute the company's strategic and operational plans in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Lead all aspects of business operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth.
- Drive commercial performance, identifying opportunities for market expansion, innovation, and revenue growth.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing management team.
- Ensure operational excellence across all functions, including supply chain, sales, customer service, and administration.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and corporate governance requirements.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven leadership experience, within a senior managerial role
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
- Experience within the food industry, FMCG, or a related sector would be highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage organizational change.
- Excellent financial, operational, and strategic management skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Results-oriented, resilient, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
- A relevant MSc qualification in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; would be considered an asset.
