The Group has been involved in hospitality for almost four decades. Initially starting off as a guesthouse in 1984, operated by the Group’s founder Silvio Debono. Today, as the db group chairman, he sits at the helm of the largest hospitality operation in Malta. We are currently looking for a skilled General Labourer with experience in painting, plastering and tiling to join our team in San Antonio.

The Job

Carry out plastering, painting, and gypsum board installation
Perform tiling work and replace tiles when needed
Assist with general construction tasks and manual labour
Set up and dismantle temporary structures like scaffolding
Operate power tools and equipment safely
Report any hazards or equipment issues to supervisors
Follow health and safety procedures on-site

Job Requirements:

Experience in
painting, plastering and tiling
Able to lift heavy loads and work on your feet for long hours
Comfortable using power tools and machinery
Good manual skills and attention to detail
Basic English (reading and writing)
Strong work ethic and team spirit
Living in Malta
An apprenticeship or relevant experience is a plus
