Archimed Group is looking for a friendly and organized Front Office Receptionist to join their team.

A Front Office Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, handling administrative and customer service duties.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional manner

  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms

  • Handle inquiries and direct clients to appropriate departments

  • Maintain front desk organization and appearance

  • Manage mail, deliveries, and office supplies

Educational and skill requirements
  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, telephone systems)
