Air Atlanta is seeking to hire a Flight Operations Officer / Dispatcher to join the Integrated Operations Control Centre team in Malta. This is a demanding and dynamic role within a highly international environment, supporting flight operations conducted worldwide.

We are looking for a structured and dependable individual with strong communication skills who thrives in a team environment where safety, reliability and quality are the guiding principles. The role operates on 12-hour day and night shifts in a 2-2-3 shift pattern.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparation and release of operational flight plans
• Continuous monitoring of company flight operations and routes
• Communication and coordination with flight crews
• Monitoring of weather and operational conditions affecting flights
• Ensuring operational compliance with applicable regulations and company procedures

Education and Qualification Requirements

• Flight Operations Officer- or Dispatcher certificate preferred
• Ability to work efficiently and remain composed under pressure
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good computer literacy
• Previous experience in an aviation environment is considered an advantage
