Position overview:
Technoline Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer / Technician to join the Servicing department team. Reporting to the Technical Operations Manager, the candidate will play a crucial role in providing technical support to clients and maintenance of medical or pharmaceutical equipment.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Perform installations, preventive maintenance and qualifications.
- Identify problems, troubleshoot and resolve in a timely manner.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Write detailed records of service activities.
- Travelling abroad for manufacturer trainings as required.
Educational and skill requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science related fields.
- Intermediate level of English in language proficiency.
- Effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as cGMP.
- EU Category B driving license.
