We are currently looking for a F&B Server to join our Food & Beverage Team.

The Job:

• Ensuring personal hygiene and grooming in line with outlet standards.
• Assisting in the setup and preparation of tables, linens, laying of tables & cutlery and consumables, setup of buffet counter.
• Supplying cutlery, consumables, condiments as requested to guests and ensuring an adequate level of supplies according to number of covers or as directed by the F&B supervisor.
• Ensuring knowledge on menu items for both food and beverages items including but not limited to allergies, side dishes and specialties of the day.
• Taking Food and Beverage orders as per the Outlet Standard Operating Procedure.
• Recording and placing food and drink orders with the kitchen and bar.
• Suggesting and serving desserts and beverages.
• Maintaining a climate of friendly cooperation and customer satisfaction.
• Checking that customers are enjoying their meals and resolve any customer complaints with the help of management.
• Promoting positive social media reviews such Trip Advisor, Google and Instagram.
• Tabulating and presenting bills for payment.
• Cleaning and maintaining appearance of establishment.
• Maintain optimum standards of cleanliness in line with the company’s operating procedures and hygiene standards.
• Performing rotation cleaning duties i.e. deep cleaning of assigned areas in accordance with schedule.
• Adhering to standards of service, hygiene and food handling in line with the company’s operating procedures.
• Following security protocols to ensure safety of guests.
• Following H&S procedures and instructions on material safety data sheets.
• Reporting any damages to outlet premises, furniture and equipment or Health & Safety Hazards to the F&B Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Communication skills both written and spoken in English.
• 1 year experience.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
