Customer Care & Backoffice Assistant (Part-Time | PulpTech & Aces Ads)

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a part-time position that combines customer care duties at our phone repair shop (PulpTech) and backoffice support for our marketing agency (Aces Ads) — both located in the same building in Gzira.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their work, loves helping customers, and wants to gain hands-on experience in both tech service and digital marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

PulpTech (Phone, Tablet & Laptop Repairs):

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and friendlinessHandle calls, WhatsApp messages, and repair inquiries
• Open and update job tickets in our CRM system
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely updates and accurate repairs
• Collect customer feedback and support overall shop organization
  

Aces Ads (Marketing Agency):

• Assist in reviewing design drafts, ad copy, and website layouts before client delivery
• Support the team with research, content checks, and client follow-ups
• Help organize feedback and revisions between clients and the creative team
• Maintain proper documentation in shared drives and task management tools

Growth Opportunity:

If you have experience or interest in social media management, you’ll have the opportunity to take on content scheduling and social media coordination tasks for both PulpTech and Aces Ads — replacing some backend duties with creative ones.

The role has potential to develop into a full-time position, with opportunities to grow into
Account Management, Project Coordination, or Social Media roles within the company.

Working Hours:

• Part-time role (approx. 15–20 hours/week)

Must be available:

• Wednesday or Thursday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Remaining hours can be done flexibly during weekday mornings

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English and Maltese
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Organized, dependable, and detail-focused
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, WhatsApp Web, and CRM tools
• Experience in customer service, administration, or marketing support is an asset

Location:

• Gzira, Malta (Both PulpTech & Aces Ads operate from the same building

Compensation:

• Part-time position with flexible hours
• Hourly rate or monthly package based on experience
