Communications and Marketing Administrator/Specialist/Executive

• Execute comprehensive communications and marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of strategies with overall company goals.
• Contribute to the execution of public relations activities and the organisation’s participation in fairs and conferences.
• Execute advertising and promotional campaigns across traditional and digital media.
• Execute internal and external communication strategies.
• Evaluate market reactions to adjust strategies to meet changing conditions.
• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics and indicators to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
• Ensure effective control of marketing results and take corrective action when needed.
• Prepare communications and marketing activity reports on current and new product concepts.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Develop and manage brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns, including Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), and Search Engine Marketing (SEM), social media, and email marketing.
• Monitor and respond to community feedback, comments, and questions in a timely and professional manner.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms, websites, and other marketing materials.

• University degree in Communications or Marketing or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, CMS, SEO and SEM.
• Experience of at least 1-3 years in a communications or marketing role (in the recruitment or immigration industry in Malta would be an asset).
• Mastery of the written and spoken English (minimum B2 level) and Spanish language (at native level).
• Knowledge of the Portuguese language would be an asset.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is an advantage.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Good knowledge on WordPress and other custom content management systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

A gross annual salary between 18k and 24k will be offered, depending on the level of the role, qualifications and experience.
