Breakfast and Dinner Cook – Plaza Regency Hotel, Sliema

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to prepare breakfast and dinner at the Plaza Regency Hotel in Sliema.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality breakfast and dinner dishes.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organised workstation, following strict food safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Monitor stock levels, report shortages or equipment issues, and minimise food waste.

Requirements:

• Clear communicator with fluency in spoken English.
• Previous experience in a similar kitchen environment preferred.
• Ideally in possession of a Skills Pass.
• Currently residing in Malta.
• Hold a clean police conduct.
• Non-EU nationals must have a valid work permit to work in Malta.
