Administrative Clerk
Coleiro Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join the dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across various functions, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the success of the team.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and messages, ensuring prompt and professional communication
- Manage email distribution efficiently and organize correspondence
- Provide general secretarial support, including scheduling and document preparation
- Oversee stationery logistics, ensuring office supplies are always well-stocked
- Compile reports and assist with documentation tasks
- Offer administrative support to the Directors, assisting with day-to-day operations
- Obtain shipping quotes and help coordinate logistics for outgoing shipments
Educational and skill requirements
Our ideal candidate will:
- Have completed secondary education
- Possess a strong working knowledge of MS Office tools
- Be proactive, alert, and eager to learn new skills
- Demonstrate excellent organizational abilities
- Knowledge of Maltese and Italian will be considered an asset
