Our team is growing, and we’re on the lookout for dedicated and motivated individuals to join us as Customer Care Support Officers.

Assisting with bookings, changes and logistics
Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
Resolving issues with efficiency and a positive attitude
Providing outstanding service that reflects our brand values

Main tasks and responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee logistics for individual and group tours
Loading of customer bookings into internal systems accurately and promptly
Deliver essential pre-activity information to customers through email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels
Respond to customer inquiries across various topics in a timely and helpful manner
Handle emergency and other general incoming emails and phone calls
Perform additional administrative tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager

Educational and skill requirements

Computer literacy and knowledge of MS applications
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
English is a must. Other languages considered an asset.
