- Customer Handling: Able to understand client’s queries & provide a satisfactory solution to retain client.
- Client Service & Communication: Provide end-to-end support during vehicle breakdown & ensuring overall satisfaction & guiding clients as per procedure.
- Documentation & Payment Processing: Accurately identify client who incur contraventions or have outstanding payments & chase for settlement.
- Office Tasks: Able to assist in daily office tasks, including upkeep of booking system & liaising with all departments.
- Policies & procedures: Ability to read & understand rental contracts & follow company procedures.
- Fluent in English, including written expression; additional languages are an asset.
- Minimum of 1 year in a customer-care-focused role
- Familiarity with road and parking regulations.
- IT Proficiency: Ability to efficiently use booking software & office tools.
