Waiter / Waitress

We are currently looking for Waiters/Waitresses to work with various hospitality establishments. The role involves providing high-quality customer service in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or other food and beverage venues while ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.

Successful candidates will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining professional service standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This position is suitable for individuals who are customer-focused, well-presented, and comfortable working flexible shifts.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Welcoming guests and providing friendly, professional service
Taking food and beverage orders accurately
Serving meals and drinks efficiently and courteously
Providing information about menu items when required
Ensuring tables and service areas are clean and well presented
Handling payments and bills correctly
Working closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff
Following hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times

Educational and skill requirements

Previous experience in a waiter/waitress or customer service role is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Strong team-working skills and reliability
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
