Technician

Technician provides support with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and system maintenance. As part of the technical teams, he is also expected to handle documents issues, and ensures smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out installations, configuration, and maintaining hardware, software, and technical equipment.
• Provide first-line technical support by identifying issues, performing basic troubleshooting, and escalating complex problems when needed.
• Conduct routine system checks, preventive maintenance, and safety inspections. Maintain accurate records of technical activities, service logs, and inventory of tools and spare parts.
• Support ongoing projects by preparing materials, testing systems, and assisting senior technicians and engineers. Ensure compliance with safety standards, technical procedures, and organizational policies.
• Train staff on the proper use of equipment and basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for repairs, upgrades, and installations.
