At Hard Rock Hotel Malta, our Stores & Receiving team plays a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the hotel behind the scenes. From receiving deliveries to organising inventory and ensuring stock accuracy, this team helps maintain efficiency across all departments.
We are currently recruiting for the positions of Store Helper and Receiving & Store Supervisor to support daily store operations and ensure the proper handling, receiving, storage, and distribution of goods across the property.
These roles are essential in maintaining organised storage areas, supporting inventory control, and ensuring all deliveries and stock movements are handled efficiently and according to company standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in stores, receiving, warehouse operations, hospitality, or a similar role (preferred)
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to handle stock, deliveries, and inventory accurately
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with stock systems is considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently when required
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Additional requirements for Receiving & Store Supervisor:
- Previous supervisory experience within stores, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Ability to lead and coordinate the stores and receiving team effectively
- Experience with inventory control, stock reporting, and supplier coordination
