Site Manager

BAVA LIMITED is seeking a skilled Site Manager to join the team who will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate wil coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, monitor site progress, and resolve any issues that may arise. The Site Manager also ensures compliance with local regulations, maintains project documentation, and acts as the key point of contact between clients, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and site personnel to maintain efficient workflow.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, implementing necessary safety measures.
• Monitor project progress, address delays or issues, and implement solutions to keep work on schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to engineering and safety standards.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project coordination.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, budget tracking, and incident logs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, Construction Supervisor, or a similar role in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, project management, and building regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
