TTI is seeking for a Senior Partner Review Officer for one of our top clients.
Our client operates in an international and fast-paced environment, delivering tailored insurance solutions across Life and Non-Life segments while partnering with major brands and outsourced service providers across Europe. This is a senior opportunity suited to professionals with experience in audit, internal controls, and partner risk assessment who are looking to step into a leadership role.
- Lead and take ownership of the partner review and risk assessment process
- Supervise, coach, and support Partner Review Officers, ensuring quality and consistency of reviews
- Define review scopes aligned with regulatory and internal requirements
- Conduct onsite and remote partner reviews, including sampling and evidence gathering
- Produce detailed review reports outlining findings and corrective actions
- Identify control gaps and recommend enhancements to governance and internal control frameworks
- Assess outsourced providers across insurance operations including sales practices, underwriting, premium collection, claims management, complaints handling, commissions, reinsurance, and record keeping
- Evaluate IT security measures, including data protection and business continuity frameworks
- Monitor implementation of agreed action plans and follow-up actions
- Maintain structured documentation and review records
- Provide reporting and status updates to senior management
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Auditing, Insurance, or a related field
- CIA certification or equivalent is considered an asset
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Audit and/or Internal Controls
- Experience within the Insurance sector is an advantage
- Professional proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT literacy
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and outsourced partners
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel when required
