Senior Food Runner / Commis Waiter (Full Time)

Quality Control: Checks every plate against ticket

Communication: act as primary communicator with kitchen team

Service/Food Running: Assist in delivering dishes to tables 

Mis en plus: ensure pass is stocked as per SOPs

Back of House: Maintain cleanliness of polishing area, bread area etc

Closing: Assist with closing and cleaning duties

Organized, can handle pressure and a good communicator.
