Sales Representative - Full Time (LONG TERM!)

Compleet IS Services Ltd. is looking for a person with a positive can-do attitude to join the AtoZ Electronics Retail Sales team. The ideal candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Maltese.

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Greeting and directing customers
• Keeping up to date with changing market trends to answer customers’ questions in an efficient manner
• Asking open-ended questions to assess customers’ needs.
• Promoting any discounts and special offers that the company may have from time to time
• Ensuring that shelves and racks are well stocked and products are always well represented.
• Managing the returns of merchandise.
• Teaming up with the Retail Sales Representatives team and co-workers to provide excellent customer and sales service.
• Providing customer feedback to the Supervisor.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.
• Maintaining impeccable store conditions, well-organized showcases, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
• Providing a fast checkout service to every guest while being friendly and respectful
• Counting and reconciling monies
