

Sales Office Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Office Coordinator to support our Sales team and contribute to the overall success of our property. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, guest-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales Department with daily operations and admin tasks, acting as a link between sales, other internal teams, and different sales levels.
Coordinate group bookings, events, or corporate clients, ensuring all requirements are met for a successful event or stay.
Act as a liaison between clients, sales teams, and internal departments to communicate needs, confirm arrangements, and resolve issues.
Preparing proposals for group sales, tailoring packages to meet client needs while achieving sales targets.
Prepare documentation such as rooming lists, bid books, proposals, and post-event reports.
Assist in administrative tasks like updating PMS and other hotel systems with information, scheduling, and coordinating department calendars.
Requirements:
Background in sales – preferably within the hospitality industry
Good communication skills
Willing to learn, grow and work within a team
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are highly valued.
Preference is given to applicants with knowledge of OPERA
