At QuickLets & Zanzi Homes Rabat, we’re looking for driven sales and letting specialists to join our branch.

Key responsibilities:-

- Conduct viewings and property inspections

- Negotiate offers between landlords/tenants, buyers/sellers

- Stay up to date with market trends and property values

- Maintain strong client relationships and provide expert guidance

- Achieve individual targets and contribute to team goals

Requirements:-

- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer-facing roles is considered an asset (but not essential)

- Fluency in Maltese and/or English – both written and spoken

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Own transport and laptop
