Sales Consultant

Title: Sales Consultant
Department: Sales
Reports to: Brand Manager

Main Objective of the Job:

Maximising the awareness and sales of vehicles and accessories represented by the Company.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build a strong clientele relationship by being a go‑to person on the sales of vehicles.
  • Identifying and targeting prospective clients by providing them with general and specific information about the vehicles and new features.
  • Issuing quotations and assisting clients in credit possibilities.
  • Coordinating test drives and assisting clients accordingly.
  • Follow up with clients on queries and sales quotations.
  • Preparing and filing in sales documentation and required documentation.
  • Delivering the purchased vehicle to the client, upon its completion of the pre‑delivery inspection and in a timely manner.
  • Adhering to quality and customer care standards and policies.
  • Keeping oneself abreast with the developments in one’s field of expertise, including the brand and its competition.
  • Ensuring that the CRM database is updated.
  • Assisting in the upkeep of the showroom and display area.

Skills and Abilities

  • The ability to listen, understand and guide clients to fulfil their needs.
  • Build a strong relationship with clients.
  • Knowledge in automobiles, the industry, and new emerging technologies.
  • Knowledge of Autoline (Kerridge).
  • Sales and service oriented.
  • Ability to share and receive feedback.
  • Must hold a valid driver's licence.
