Sales & Business Development Manager
Pillars Real Estate is growing, and we are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team.
If you are passionate about sales, building relationships, and helping grow a dynamic property management and cleaning company, we would love to hear from you.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Generate new leads and business opportunities
- Acquire new property management clients
- Develop and grow our cleaning services portfolio
- Promote our condominium management services
- Build relationships with property owners, landlords, estate agents, and corporate clients
- Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline
- Represent the company at meetings and networking events
Educational and skill requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Sales or business development experience is considered an asset
- Knowledge of the Maltese property market is preferred
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Valid driving licence and own transport preferred
