Safety and Compliance (CAMO/145) Officer

Time to Fly Malta is looking for a Continuing Airworthiness Safety and Compliance Officer (Part-CAMO, Part-145) to join its local team in Malta.

Time to Fly is an aviation consulting company engaged for a safe and sustainable aviation. We guide the actors of the aviation world (airlines, private and specialised operators, maintenance organisations, airports, etc.) in their operational management (audit, compliance and safety support, drafting of operating documents, etc.) with an optimization and follow up of their organisations.

For more than 15 years, Time to Fly has been assisting the French aviation industry.

Created in 2022, Time to Fly Malta offers tailored services to the need of all aviation organisations.

Job Description:

Time to Fly Ltd. is looking for a Safety and Compliance Officer whose main responsibilities will include :

✈️ Ensuring the compliance of our business aviation and airline customers (audits, follow-up of corrective actions, compliance reviews, documentation drafting, liaising with civil aviation authorities...)

✈️ Assisting with safety-related tasks (risk assessments, change management, hazard log...)

✈️ Participating to certification projects (new AOC, ATO, and other approvals...)

✈️ Contributing to the development of Time to Fly Malta

The position involves travel to our customers facilities, primarily in Malta and abroad.

Qualifications and Experiences:

✈️ Bachelor degree or Master in the field of aviation, quality or relevant discipline

✈️ 5-year experience within the aviation industry (continuing airworthiness or maintenance)

✈️ 2-year experience in compliance or audit in continuing airworthiness or maintenance tasks.

✈️ Knowledge of EASA regulations applicable to Part-CAMO and Part-145 (Air Operations, Aircrew will be considered as an asset)

✈️ Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential

✈️ Ability to work independently and take the initiative
