Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Retail Support Assistant to join our team. This role involves assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, and supporting day-to-day retail operations. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Sunday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide product recommendations and support purchasing decisions
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for transactions
  • Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is well-presented
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Assist with inventory management and stock checks
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
Educational and skill requirements
  • Experience in retail or a similar role is considered an asset
  • Fluency in Maltese is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with retail POS systems is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
