Retail Sales Assistant

Sterling Jewellers is a leader in the jewellery and watches industry and has several stores around the Maltese islands. The company requires the service of an energetic and motivated Retail Sales Assistants to join the sales teams in the southern and central areas of the island.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Have a flair for sales
Have experience in the retail industry
Work in a team-oriented environment
Be outgoing with great communication skills
Perform with limited supervision
Be proficient in Microsoft applications
Be fluent in Maltese and English
Be willing to work shop hours including Sundays and Public Holidaysa

Educational and skill requirements

Selling and replenishing watches and jewellery
Assisting clients in line with company and brands’ guidelines
Assisting the store manager to keep the store clean and organised at all times
