Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Restaurant Manager that has experience on fine service

Duties and responsibilities:
· Organising staff shifts and scheduling
· Providing excellent customer service
· Working with suppliers
· Ensuring all food safety procedures
· Following all company policy and procedures regarding dealing with cash, equipment and property
· Auditing inventory levels to ensure product availability, and ordering products as necessary
· Working closely with management to meet revenue objectives
Skills:
· Ability to remain calm under pressure
· Should be dependable and reliable
· Knowledge of food production
· Ability to work well with others with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
· Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
· Understanding of food preparation
· Must have a valid working permit
