We're excited to welcome a part-time chef to join our kitchen team and work alongside our talented head chef during dinner service. If you have a passion for food and experience in the kitchen, this is a fantastic opportunity to bring your skills to a refined and welcoming environment.

About the Role:

• Evening shifts available on both weekdays and weekends, from 6pm to 11pm.

• Additional morning shifts for breakfast may also be available for candidates with flexible availability.
  
  

Location: Palazzo Castagna, Ghaxaq – a charming and historic venue. While transport isn't provided, night buses serve the area and make commuting easier.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior kitchen experience is essential, as training will focus specifically on our signature menu.

• A team player who enjoys working in a professional and supportive kitchen environment.
  
  

Main tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assist the head chef with dinner service preparation and execution.

• Prepare and cook dishes according to our set menu and standards.

• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all food served.

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace at all times.

• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Manage time efficiently to keep up with evening service demands.

• Help with stock rotation and ensure proper storage of ingredients.

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and professional working environment.

• Be proactive in maintaining kitchen equipment and reporting any issues.
  
  

Educational and Skill Requirements:

• Previous experience is a must
