Ramla Bay Resort is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure every guest experience is exceptional. In this role, you will coordinate across departments, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement to keep our resort running seamlessly.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations across all resort departments, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and facilities management.
• Collaborate with department heads to maintain high standards of service, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
