Motor Yachts Sales Broker

Yachting Partners Malta as a premium yacht sales and brokerage organisation and official dealers for leading Shipyards including Absolute, Fairline, Sealine, Fjord, Hanse, Moody. Dehler and Grand Soleil Yachts are seeking an ambitious and experienced full-time Sales Broker to join our Motorboats Sales Division.

Main tasks and responsibilities

As a Motorboat Yacht Broker with Yachting Partners Malta, you’re expected to possess a blend of technical knowledge, interpersonal skill, and business savvy.

Duties Include:

Develop leads and sell both new and second-hand yachts from our portfolio of brands
List pre-owned motor yachts to sell
Acting as an intermediary between buyers and sellers
Coordinating viewings, sea trials, and inspections
Negotiating sales and purchase agreements
Participate at International and local Boat Shows
Listing and marketing of yachts using our digital platforms
Conducting market research to determine competitive pricing
Perform Factory visits with potential clients for new built yachts

Educational and skill requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a blend of qualifications and attributes geared toward excellence in customer service including:

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the luxury goods or marine industry
A passion for the sea
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comprehensive knowledge of boats and related technologies
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
High degree of professionalism and discretion
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Competence with digital marketing tools and CRM systems
Willingness to travel for client meetings, sea trials, and industry events
Nautical Licence
