Letting Manager

Join one of the most successful and fast-growing real estate offices on the island, based in the heart of Sliema. We are looking for an experienced and driven Letting Manager to lead, develop, and scale a high-performing team.

Key responsabilities

• ⁠Lead and manage the letting team to achieve and exceed targets
• Recruit, onboard, and train new agents to a high professional standard
• Develop structured training programs (academy, onboarding, continuous development)
• Provide daily coaching and hands-on support, especially with new agents
• ⁠Conduct regular 1-to-1 meetings and performance reviews
• ⁠Accompany agents on viewings when needed to ensure quality and conversion
• ⁠Foster a strong team culture focused on collaboration and performance
• ⁠Organize team meetings, training sessions, and events
• ⁠Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements

• ⁠Proven experience in real estate in Malta (mandatory)
• Strong sales skills, leadership and team management experiences
• ⁠Excellent communication and coaching abilities
• ⁠Social Media’s marketing knowledges is a plus
• Deep understanding of the local letting market
• Highly organized, driven, and target-oriented
• Professional appearance and attitude
