We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Letting Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with renting properties, managing enquiries, arranging property viewings, and providing excellent customer service throughout the letting process.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and sales skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Market and advertise rental properties to attract prospective tenants.
Conduct property viewings and manage tenant applications and references.
Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Provide ongoing support to landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy period.

Educational and skill requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and tenants.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties and enquiries simultaneously.
Previous experience in property letting, real estate, sales, or customer service will be considered an asset.
