QuickLets – Depiro Branch is expanding and we are looking for driven, sales-focused professionals ready to perform in a fast-paced letting environment.
This role is best suited for candidates who are financially motivated, resilient, and serious about building a long-term career in real estate.

💰 Earnings Potential
Uncapped commission structure
Performance-based bonuses
Realistic OTE €20,000 – €60,000+ (based on performance)

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end rental process
Conduct property viewings and negotiations
Build and maintain a strong client portfolio
Consistently achieve monthly KPIs and targets

✅ Mandatory Requirements
Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Currently based in Malta
Own laptop
Proven sales mindset and strong communication skills
Availability for a flexible schedule, including peak hours

Previous letting, real estate, or sales experience
Own car and driving licence
Track record of hitting targets
