

Junior Apple Technician
Our Service Centres are designed to deliver the same exceptional Apple experience our clients enjoy at our Apple Premium Reseller Outlets. We also specialise in Apple Business Solutions for corporate customers who wish to deploy Apple technologies within their organisations.
We are looking for a dynamic person to join our ever-expanding Apple Service Centre business as a Junior Apple Service Technician on a full-time basis. Your mission will be to elevate the Apple experience for our customers through expert training, a passion for technology, and your own personal touch. We’re looking for a team player who brings energy, attention to detail, and a natural flair for customer service.
The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with all constituents and demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. This is an entry level position.
Training will be provided.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Apple products
- Provide customer support
- Carry out administrative duties related to repairs
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with Apple technologies and service protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Prior technical training or experience is a plus
- Part of a young, dynamic team.
