We are looking to hire a new HR Partner based in Malta.

💼 Your Role:

As the HR Partner, you will play a strategic role in shaping our people strategy. You will support all departments and offer expert HR guidance, championing talent initiatives and grow our inclusive culture.

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main HR point of contact for assigned departments, offering strategic advice and hands-on support.
  • Partner with department leaders on workforce planning, talent management and organizational design
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to attract and retain top talent
  • Handle employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner
  • Use HR data and analytics to influence business decisions and improve HR processes
  • Support the implementation of performance management and learning programs
  • Foster employee engagement and promote a positive company culture
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, work permits, and internal policies
  • Drive communication and change management initiatives during organizational transitions

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s or HR certification is an advantage)
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a strategic HR Partner role within hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of Maltese employment law, HR practices and compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent communication, coaching and conflict resolution skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using HR data to support business strategy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
  • Fluent in English and Maltese (written and spoken)
