

Health and Safety Officers
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Health and Safety Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.

Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies, procedures, and programs

Conduct regular risk assessments and workplace inspections

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations

Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions

Deliver health and safety training sessions to employees and management

Monitor and evaluate workplace practices to identify potential hazards

Maintain accurate safety records and documentation

Collaborate with management to promote a strong culture of safety awareness

Coordinate emergency response planning and drills

Stay up to date with changes in health and safety legislation and industry best practices

Proven experience as a Health and Safety Officer or similar role

Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards

Professional certification (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent) preferred

Excellent communication and training skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to conduct risk assessments and incident investigations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management systems
