We’re looking for a Head Waiter / Head Waitress with strong experience, leadership skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Main Responsibilities

Coordinate and motivate the front-of-house team

Welcome guests and ensure an excellent dining experience

Liaise with the kitchen for smooth service flow

Manage reservations, shifts, and service standards

Oversee mise en place, table setup, and end-of-day procedures

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Fluent in English and Italian

Strong communication and leadership skills

Knowledge of seafood dishes and wines
