

Group Quality Manager

Poligas is seeking a motivated and experienced Science or Pharmacy graduate to fill the post of Group Quality Manager.
Candidates holding Qualified Person (QP) status will be given preference.
This is an excellent opportunity for a quality-driven professional to take a leading role within a dynamic organisation operating to internationally recognised standards.
Role Summary
Reporting directly to the CEO, the selected candidate will assume overall responsibility for the company’s integrated quality systems, including:
- ISO 9001
- ISO 14001
- GMP Quality Systems
- Product CE Marking
The successful applicant will also take responsibility for Regulatory Affairs and lead a team of Quality Engineers, guiding them through annual third-party audits as well as the day-to-day operation of the integrated quality systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s integrated quality management systems.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP, and CE marking requirements.
- Oversee Regulatory Affairs activities across the group.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Quality Engineers.
- Coordinate and manage third-party annual audits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality processes.
- Liaise directly with senior management and provide strategic quality guidance.
Requirements
- Degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Experience in quality management systems and regulatory compliance.
- Strong understanding of ISO standards, GMP, and CE marking processes.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Qualified Person (QP) status will be considered an asset.
