You'll own the process end to end &ndash; from planning production runs and keeping the workshop running smoothly, through to making sure finished pieces are picked, packed and shipped accurately and on time.

This is a hands-on leadership role at the centre of a growing, creative business, with real scope to build better processes as we grow.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

<li>Manage the day-to-day running of the production workshop, from raw clay through to finished, glazed pieces.</li>
<li>Lead and motivate production staff, assigning clear daily schedules and production targets.</li>
<li>Monitor kilns, wheels and equipment, and manage maintenance and repair schedules.</li>
<li>Oversee the full order fulfillment process, from order confirmation through to dispatch, ensuring every order is accurate, complete and shipped on time.</li>
<li>Manage finished-goods inventory and stock levels across retail, wholesale and online sales channels.</li>
<li>Coordinate with couriers and shipping partners on domestic and international deliveries.</li>
