<li>Project work with commercial clients involving office buildings, schools (private and higher education), manufacturing facilities, industrial food plants, hotels, multi-family housing, etc.</li>
<li>Professional demeanor with good communication skills, good customer service, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well with others and independently</li>
<li>Ability to handle physical workload</li>
<li>Studying building plans and working drawings to determine work aids required and sequence of installations</li>
