Customer Support Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Support Co-Ordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing quotes and technical submittals as per the company’s standard format efficiently and effectively.
• Acknowledging client/customer emails within the day.
• Authorizing escalation and priority levels for customer cases.
• Managing data input for customer cases, maximizing integrity and consistency for continuous improvement.
• Responding to customer complaints and providing after-sales support when requested.
• Coordinating the technical team by managing schedules and communicating relevant information.
• Communicating and liaising between customers, suppliers, visitors, and relevant staff.
• Monitoring the support case management process and system, including regular interaction with support and service personnel, to ensure customer urgency is a priority.
  
  

Key competencies and skills:

• Fluent in Maltese and English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong personality with ability to find solutions under pressure;
• Self-organised.
• Proactive and customer-oriented;
• Strong team focus and good communication skills and organisation skills with a keen attention to detail
• Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
