Customer Care Expert - Part Time

As a Customer Care Expert at ZARA HOME, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and supporting daily store operations.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store.
  • Assist in opening and closing the store.
Educational and skill requirements
  • Speak fluently in English
  • Passionate to customer service
  • Enjoy communicate and extend help to customers and peers, good at team work
  • High adaptive ability, able to handle multi-task and willing to take challenge
  • High sense of responsibility, positive and proactive
  • Experience working in a similar environment / customer service is preferable
