Ray Sammut and Associates is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join the team who will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, buildings, water systems, and other public works. The ideal candidate will ensure projects meet safety, environmental, and regulatory standards while optimizing cost and efficiency. Your role includes conducting site inspections, preparing technical reports, and collaborating with architects, contractors, and government agencies.


Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, and water systems.
• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and environmental impact analyses.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local and international building codes, and environmental standards.
• Use engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD.Pro) to create and analyze structural designs.
• Supervise construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Perform risk assessments and propose solutions to engineering challenges.
• Oversee materials selection and testing to ensure quality and durability.
• Stay updated on industry advancements, innovative construction techniques, and emerging regulations.
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD.Pro).
• Strong understanding of construction materials, design principles, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in CAD and engineering software
